Evaluations of Work Abilities

Conditional Employment Assessment
Assesses the individual’s physical capacity to perform the essential functions of a job. Objective findings address the employee’s ability to safely perform the essential functions of a specific job. The goals are to decrease job turnover and lower injury rates.

Functional Capacity Evaluation
Comprehensive testing of the individual’s physical work capacity. This evaluation requires a full day of testing and is typically done following injury or surgery in order to report work abilities and recommend restrictions when appropriate.


Ergonomic Job Site Assessment


Risk factor analysis under actual work conditions and environment examines the inherent risks involved in performing a specified job. The OSHA 200 injury log may be analyzed to pinpoint compliance issues and reveal injury patterns. Recommendations may include work station modification, employee training, tool selection, or job rotation patterns.

Industrial RehabilitationServices

Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy Programs
Licensed professionals design and implement individualized programs of rehabilitation for injured workers. Counseling services may assist the injured worker in comprehending medical and vocational issues in rehabilitation and recovery. Timely return to work is always our goal. Education for safe work habits and prevention of further injury is a central part of our industrial program.

FCA Evaluations

The functional testing measures an individual's ability to perform physical tasks and an individual's physical performance as compared to specific work task, and/or normal functioning. Interpretation of the FCA differentiates between normal, pathological and substandard performance.
